A Connecticut district court judge last week rejected Boehringer Ingelheim’s lawsuit against Medicare drug price negotiation, marking the fifth lawsuit against the Inflation Reduction Act program to be shot down at the district level, lessening the chances of the drug industry receiving a win that could potentially propel the issue to the Supreme Court.
