Judge Says OMB Defying Funding Order, Demands NIH Funds Released

A federal judge in Rhode Island has issued an order demanding that the Trump administration comply with his earlier order to stop the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) from withholding federal funds, instructing the office to immediate resume funding included in the scope of a temporary restraining order issued against the policy, including money for the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
