Judge Blocks Kentucky’s Medicaid Work Requirements From Taking Effect

In a significant blow to the Trump administration’s effort to remake Medicaid, a federal judge ruled Friday (June 29) that CMS overstepped its authority when it approved work requirements and other coverage restrictions in Kentucky’s Medicaid program.
