IRS Pressed To Waive Enforcement Until Congress Extends HSA Telehealth Policy

The stakeholders who launched a fierce lobbying blitz for Congress to extend a CARES Act provision on pre-deductible telehealth coverage before it expires on Dec. 31 are now asking the IRS to waive enforcement until Congress is able to tackle the issue in the new year.
