Insurance Regulators To Survey States On How They Will Proceed On AHPs, Craft FAQ

Boston -- State insurance regulators on Saturday (Aug. 4) agreed to survey states on their plans for implementing the administration's newly unveiled association health plan rule, and also will compile a frequently asked questions document, ideally with input from the Department of Labor, on the controversial rule.
