Medicare Advantage plans should be required, among other things, to provide an alternative way to access supplemental benefits if an enrollee is unable to use the debit card, CMS says in its proposed 2026 MA rule, which also proposes banning plans from marketing the dollar value of their supplemental benefits and the manner they are provided to potential beneficiaries.
