Medicaid patient advocates, previous HHS leaders and hundreds of Democrats in Congress, among other stakeholders, are urging the Supreme Court to grant Medicaid beneficiaries a private right to choose a specific provider like Planned Parenthood, which South Carolina has sought to ban from the program.
