Health insurance giant Humana has filed a “sealed” response to an amended complaint by class-action plaintiffs accusing the company of using artificial intelligence to skirt coverage of healthcare claims, with Humana citing the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act to block the public release of sensitive data.
