HRSA Finalizes Trump’s 340B Executive Order To Lower Insulin Prices

The Trump administration on Tuesday (Dec. 22) finished a rule that implements the Trump administration’s executive order requiring community health centers to pass 340B discounts for insulin and EpiPens to patients. The final rule is the same as the proposed rule, even though most of the comments on the rule were in opposition to the rule or urged the Trump administration to delay it.
