House Republicans Seek ACA Probes After Report Claims Improper Enrollment

A trio of House GOP committee leaders Monday asked the HHS Office of Inspector General and Government Accountability Office (GAO) to conduct systemic reviews to determine the extent of improper enrollment in Affordable Care Act plans they say was driven by the enhanced premium tax credits.
