The House late Wednesday (June 22) overwhelmingly passed legislation to reauthorize several federal mental health programs along with Energy & Commerce Chair Frank Pallone’s (D-NJ) manager’s amendment that directs CMS to update guidance on the so-called Medicaid in Schools program and let states provide Medicaid or CHIP coverage for incarcerated youth, among other policies.
