Updated Story The House on Thursday (Nov. 2) passed bipartisan legislation to repeal the Affordable Care Act's Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) by a vote of 307-111. The bill, known as the Protecting Seniors Access to Medicare Act, was introduced by Energy &Commerce members Phil Roe (R-TN) and Raul Ruiz (D-CA).
