A bipartisan group of eight House lawmakers is seeking support for a bill to permanently repeal the Affordable Care Act's 2.3 percent excise tax on medical devices. The lawmakers are resuming their press after a device tax-repeal bill passed the House last Congress but stalled in the Senate.
