The House Energy & Commerce Committee’s piece of the COVID-19 package includes $20 million in funding for state-based marketplaces to support technology and other updates, including actions needed to implement changes to the Affordable Care Act’s subsidy structure as called for by the Ways & Means Committee’s portion.
