House Dems Demand HHS Share Info On Texas ACA Case

The top Democrats on key House committees are demanding HHS produce by Dec. 31 documents and communications related to the department’s involvement in the administration’s decision not to defend the Affordable Care Act in the pending Texas case. The Democrats also want information on HHS’ contingency plans.
