House Dems Add Drug-Price Protection For Employer Plans To H.R. 3

The House Energy & Commerce Committee added a measure to its drug pricing legislation (H.R.3) that protects people who get their insurance from employers and unions from price hikes, according to a fact sheet released by the committee Thursday (Sept. 9).
