HHS Tells Hospitals They Cannot Surprise Bill COVID-19 Patients

Providers must agree not to surprise bill coronavirus patients in order to receive any of the $100 billion allocated to them by the CARES Act, according to a terms and conditions document unveiled by HHS Friday (April 10) .
