HHS officials Tuesday night (July 31) previewed the release of the Trump administration's final, highly controversial rule that expands the duration of short-term health plans, telling reporters the rule will let consumers renew their plans for up to three years, but coverage won't be guaranteed renewable, meaning issuers could increase rates or deny a policy based on health status.
