Undocumented individuals will no longer able to access federal programs such as health workforce initiatives and community health centers, HHS said Thursday (July 10) as the administration rescinded an interpretation of the 1996 welfare reform bill in effect since 1998, a policy shift that the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is working with legal and policy experts to understand.
