HHS Ends Bid To Appeal Third-Party Web Tracking Ruling

HHS voluntarily withdrew its appeal to a court ruling that found the department overstepped its authority when it issued guidance blocking providers from using some third-party web tracking technologies, according to a Thursday (Aug. 29) Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals filing.
