Healthcare.gov Enrollment Ticks Up To 2.8M In Week 5, Yet Still Lags

Another 504,000 consumers selected plans through healthcare.gov in week five of open enrollment and a total of nearly 2.9 million people enrolled from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30, CMS reported in its latest weekly snapshot.
