Health Insurance Lobby Floats Market Stabilization Policies For GOP's ACA Repeal Effort

The health insurance industry lobby is floating a package of proposals that it wants included in congressional Republicans' ACA repeal package in order to help stabilize the exchange markets and avoid coverage disruptions during a transition period.
