HCBS Workforce Faces Domino-Style Collapse Of Pandemic Support

Home and community-based services workers and family caregivers could face a domino-style collapse of workforce aid in the next several months if supports that are contingent upon the COVID-19 public health emergency are rolled back, which would gut the already-struggling sector if states do not move to make these supports permanent, according to some HCBS advocates and policy experts.
