Steven Horsford (D-NV) sparred with HHS Deputy Secretary Eric Hargan on proposed changes to graduate medical education and cuts to Medicaid in the Trump administration’s fiscal 2021 budget as Hargan, and one Republican lawmaker, reiterated that the budget doesn’t cut Medicaid.
