Groups Ask DOL To Strengthen Nondiscrimination Protections In Association Health Plan Rule

Numerous groups and health care associations are asking the Department of Labor to amend its proposed rule on association health plans to ensure the plans don't discriminate against older people, woman, infants or people with preexisting conditions.
