Giroir Says He Has ‘Overriding Duty’ To Stay At HHS Until Inauguration

HHS Assistant Secretary for Health and White House COVID-19 testing czar Brett Giroir said he will remain in his position with the Trump administration until Jan. 19, the day before President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration.
