Georgia Unveils Partial Medicaid Expansion Plan With Work Requirements

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) released his partial Medicaid expansion plan Monday (Nov. 4) that also would implement work requirements, despite court challenges to work requirements in several states and refusals by CMS to provide full federal funding matches for partially expanded state Medicaid programs.
