House Freedom Caucus Chair Mark Meadows (R-NC) says he does not support the GOP's newly unveiled plan to simultaneously repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act using a beefed-up version of the 2015 reconciliation bill. Meadows says Republicans instead should vote on the 2015 reconciliation bill with no additions. The Caucus has said the ACA should be repealed in the next two to three months using the 2015 reconciliation package that passed both chambers, and then the law should separately...
