House Republicans are narrowing in on a proposal to reduce the 90% federal match for the Medicaid expansion population so that it aligns with the 50% - 80% match that states receive for traditional beneficiaries, according to a Georgia lawmaker who told Fox Business News the move would not kick people off the program if states choose to continue to pay their share.
