Florida Appeals Decision Dismissing Continuous Coverage Lawsuit

Florida is still fighting to become exempt from the new 12-month continuous coverage requirement for children, filing an appeal to the Eleventh Circuit Court about a month after a judge threw out the Sunshine State’s lawsuit.
