Final Rule Adds Worker Classes, Lets Employers Offer HRAs To New Hires

The administration’s recently unveiled final rule on health reimbursement arrangements largely tracks with the proposed version, but makes a few changes to the rule’s categories of workers to help mitigate adverse selection, including adding a minimum size to certain classes.
