FDA will not get input from its vaccine advisers before deciding whether to authorize booster shots of Pfizer’s or Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines for all adults over the age of 18, an FDA spokesperson told Inside Health Policy , coming amid reports that FDA will authorize Pfizer’s booster for all adults as soon as Thursday (Nov. 18).
