FDA Tells GAO It Will Regulate Cell-Based Seafood Under Pact With USDA

FDA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture have informally agreed that FDA will assume sole responsibility for regulating cell-based seafood other than catfish as part of an evolving pact on oversight of the nascent cell-based food industry.
