FDA Sends Cigarette Graphic Warning Label Study To OMB Despite Pending Suit

Despite ongoing litigation asking the courts to require FDA follow through on its statutory mandate to develop new graphic warning labels for cigarettes and promulgate rulemaking, the agency is moving forward with an “Experimental Study on Warning Statements for Cigarette Graphic Health Warnings.”
