FDA Rehiring Some Terminated Employees Including FOIA Staff

Some FDA employees who were terminated in a wave of layoffs at the agency have had their firings rescinding, reportedly including some user fee negotiators, laboratory staff and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request staff.
