FDA: COVID-19 Boosters Should Include Omicron BA.4, BA.5 Subvariants

FDA says COVID-19 vaccine makers should update their booster shots to include an Omicron BA.4 and BA.5 spike protein component that can be ready by early to mid-fall and can provide protection against circulating and emerging variants this fall and winter.
