FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are investigating whether people ages 65 and older who received Pfizer and BioNTech’s bivalent COVID-19 shot are more likely to have an ischemic stroke, after CDC’s vaccine surveillance system detected the potential safety signal.
