FDA Asks Stakeholders To Nominate Regs To Be Cut Under Trump Orders

FDA is asking stakeholders to suggest regulations they feel should be cut pursuant to President Donald Trump's deregulatory executive orders. The agency will consider whether a nominated regulation is current, whether there are voluntary standards that can replace the regulation, the level of industry difficulty with compliance and whether the agency's public health mission can be met without the regulation, among other factors.
