Family Glitch Reg Now At WH For Review

The White House Office of Management and Budget is now reviewing a final Treasury Department regulation that would end the so-called “family glitch” by giving dependents access to Affordable Care Act tax credit if the cost of family coverage exceeds about 10% of income.
