Key House Democrats on Tuesday (March 30) introduced a resolution under the Congressional Review Act to scrap a now-postponed Trump-era rule that, if allowed to go into effect, would require HHS regulations be reviewed every 10 years or be automatically tossed out. The Biden administration has put the controversial rule on hold to assess its impact, but Reps.
