ERIC & 50 Employer Groups Urge Congress To Repeal Caddy Tax

The ERISA Industry Committee, along with 50 other business groups, is urging senators to repeal the controversial ACA Cadillac tax and follow the House's lead by repealing the employer mandate penalties as well as the insurance, pharmaceutical and medical device taxes.
