Enrollment In Second Week Jumps By 755,000

Plan selections leapt from 177,000 to more than 930,000 through Nov. 9, according to CMS’ second weekly snapshot on healthcare.gov activity, which indicates that sign-ups are stable despite the technical problems on the first day of enrollment. The report shows that 558,962 people renewed coverage while another 196,000 were new consumers for a total 754,967. Since Nov. 1, a total of 932,049 plans were selected either from healthcare.gov or its approved web-based entities; last year there were 1,176, 232 selections...
