Ed & Workforce Set To Mark Up Stop-Loss, AHP Bills

The House Education & the Workforce Committee on Tuesday will mark up several health care bills, including two that supporters say would help lower health care costs for small businesses by offering more flexibility to create association health plans (AHPs) and solidifying their ability to self-insure by barring any limits on stop-loss coverage.
