The House Energy & Commerce Committee passed unanimously Wednesday (June 12) four bills focused on reducing Medicaid fraud and one bill meant to streamline Medicaid enrollment for providers caring for young patients across state lines -- the latter of which would be paid for by a surprise amendment that bans spread pricing by pharmacy benefit managers.
