House Energy & Commerce health subcommittee Chairwoman Anna Eshoo (D-CA) said she is interested in adding an arbitration backstop to surprise billing legislation the panel unanimously advanced Thursday (July 11), but committee Chairman Frank Pallone (D-NJ) seemed more hesitant.
