Dems Eye Medicaid Priorities For Year-End Package; Offset Plan Unclear

Congress might include in the year-end package Medicaid continuous coverage provisions that aim to prevent large-scale coverage disruptions once states restart the Medicaid verification process and might seek to pay for those priorities by ending the current maintenance of effort (MOE) requirement early.
