Dems, Advocates To CMS: Reject GA Plan To Leave Healthcare.gov

The Democratic leaders of congressional health care committees are asking the Trump administration to reject Georgia’s request to exit healthcare.gov without creating a state-based exchange and to instead rely on private vendors, saying the state’s 1332 waiver would be illegal, diminish access to comprehensive coverage and drive consumers to substandard plans.
