Senate Democrats are considering going along with a GOP proposal to delay the Trump administration’s drug rebate rule to help pay for infrastructure legislation, and it’s not clear how that would affect Democrats’ health care priorities in the separate $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation bill that was supposed to include the same offset.
