Dem AGs Seek To Block Trump Administration Rule On Contraceptive Coverage

A group of Democratic attorneys general are asking a federal judge to block implementation of the Trump administration's new regulations that broaden the ability of employers to end no-cost coverage of birth control, saying the regulations are arbitrary, violate Constitutional protections and will increase costs to states thus causing irreparable harm. The state AGs from California, New York, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia filed a motion for preliminary injunction in the U.S. District Court of Northern California on Thursday (Nov. 9)...
