Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said Tuesday (Nov. 2) that a Medicare drug price negotiation deal has been struck, and a document obtained by Inside Health Policy says the final deal includes Medicare negotiation in Part D and B for the most expensive, single-source chemical drugs that have been on the market at least 9 years and biologics that are more that 12-years-old.
